Return & Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 3 days beginning with the day from the delivery date, accompanied by the delivery receipt and Original Invoice. All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition unused & without any scratch. Opened packages may only be exchanged for an identical product, if faulty. Refunds will be applied to the method of payment that was used to purchase the item minus 20%. All returned items must be sent back using a postal/courier service with a tracking method. Buyers are responsible for all postage costs. Goods need to be insured by you as we are not responsible for loss of goods.
If you choose to return your item to our store, you will receive your refund after all items have been received and checked. This refund will be either be credited back to the payment method used to purchase the item or in the form of a credit note, if the item was a gift.
If you choose to send the item back to us, your refund may take up to 10-15 business days from the time we receive your item. The refund will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item. When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned. Only the net price of the item/Order minus(less) 20% will be refunded. Under no circumstances will we refund any other levies, taxes, shipping charges, etc.
